2. Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of LED lighting products and spare parts for pinball machines and arcade cabinets offered on the website www.flipperled.com.

3. Pricing Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), excluding taxes (HT), VAT not applicable. Delivery costs are specified before order validation. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

4. Ordering Any order implies acceptance of these GTCS. The sale is considered final after the order confirmation has been sent by email and payment has been received.

5. Payment Payment is made at the time of ordering by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the site. The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

6. Delivery Delivery times are indicated during the ordering process. We strive to meet these deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the buyer once the carrier takes possession of the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide justification. Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

8. Warranty All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

9. Personal Data Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.

10. Disputes These GTCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
